After reading Karla's post on the MUA blog about a red-blended smokey eye, I was dying to give it a try myself. However, I've not got my hands on their Glamour Nights palette just yet, so I'm lacking in a nice red eyeshadow (I never seem to find a red eyeshadow on the high street, am I going blind?), so I resorted to a blue that I've always loved in my Barry M Dazzle Dust collection, so much so that I accidentally bought it twice!
MUA Eye Primer
Soap And Glory Smoulder Kohl pencil - lined upper lid, lower lashline, waterline
MUA Undressed Palette shade 11 - across lid up to brow bone, lower lashline and waterline to set previous pencil
Barry M Dazzle Dust in 22 - blended up and into the line of the black shade
Maybelline Falsies mascara
What do you think of blue smokey eyes? Will they catch on? Or am I just being too adventurous with makeup again?
