Chronic Old Post Hatred Syndrome

Some sneeze on sight, some vomit, some shake their heads in disgust, some wish the ground would swallow them whole - have you read your old posts back recently? It's an unrecognised condition, but every other blogger will sympathise with you - you're suffering from Chronic Old Post Hatred Syndrome.

So you're blogging away as usual, steam's rising from the keyboard, can't stop me now.

Wait, didn't I blog about this before? Let's read that post again.

Scrolling through your archives, you see those coy post titles '', 'just an update', or when worst comes to worst - alliterative play on words 'Sunday Summary', 'Friday Favourites'...

Post opens with 'hey guys'.

Wait, is that an in-text smiley face?

That crap quality, unfocused, poorly-lit photography.

'It's just my opinion...'

LOL, OMG, WTF... what is this, MSN?

Tagathon 'life' 'love' 'shoes' 'music' 'black' 'lipstick'.

The comments acting as if nothing's wrong.

It's all the same, right back to the first post.

Uncontrollable urge to delete...

Wimp out because it'll drop your post numbers, close the window and remind yourself...
